The grand and immersive atmospheres of Anglachel's sophomore full-length is a prime example of contemporary epic dungeon synth. Combining yearning strings, distant drums and melancholic melodies to a pleasantly sorrowful escape to Tolkien's 1st age, there was never really any doubt this music belonged on Gondolin tapes.

This Greek project has been active for a couple of years, releasing an equally well-crafted debut on Wulfrune back in 2017.
