Bleak neoclassical dungeon synth with a depressive atmosphere and moments of intense catharsis underlined by drawn-out tortured vocals. Videna is the imagined hometown of Lord Sargeburt, who began his involvement with dungeon synth back in 2016 with what would turn into the 'From The Tombs Of Videna' album. The artist remains active to this day, and is still busy developing and refining his oeuvre.

'Fullmoon Over Videna' is the most recent full-length, and the spiritual follow-up to 'Berstende Ehre' (GON053). It's digital publication last year marked the 5th year anniversary of the AOSG project, and also 10 years of the dungeon synth revival counting from the launch of the eponymous blog, which every dungeon synth enthusiast should be familiar with.

A writing by Lord Sargeburt concerning the above can be found printed on the j-card for this tape release.

My favorite out of the three I believe.The sound is more aggressive and fits the cover art of what looks like a perilous journey for the protagonist. Fits well at being the second in the trilogy of albums. Every song is good and the cassette tape and package is of good quality. A Great buy that deserves a vinyl edition. Joshua Laleina
